DELIVERY makes deliveries through DHL’s logistics partner.


The renunciation of the products purchased without invoking any reason, according to the law of distance trade (Government Ordinance no. 34/2014). The customer can send back through any courier company the products purchased online, accompanied by the completed return form and the tax invoice. The valid return period is 14 days, counted between the date of receipt of the product by the customer (the delivery date of the parcel by our courier) and the date of receipt of the return by us (the delivery date of the return parcel).

Steps to be taken for the RETURN of the product:

• Please inform us of your decision to return the order using the email address

• Complete the return form received with your order

• Enter the completed form, the tax invoice and the products you want to return in the original packaging. The product, in the original box, must then be placed in another box so that neither the product nor the packaging will suffer damage

• Send the parcel through any fast courier company to the address: DATINI ATELIERR SRL – Strada Drumul Bacriului , bloc CORP B, scara A, etaj 1, Happy Residence, Rosu, Chiajna, Ilfov, Romania, 077040

Payment of the return will be made by bank transfer within 15 days of receiving the return package in the IBAN account indicated by the client in the return form. Courier fees will not be refunded.


We make every effort to have the products delivered without any defect.

In this case, please fill out the Return Form. The return costs are borne by the customer. For products whose packages show visible damage upon receipt by courier, we recommend that you refuse their reception and notify us.
If another product has been delivered than the one ordered, please report this as soon as possible to return the product and receive its value. The return procedure starts with an e-mail sent to and the Return Form completed. The return costs are borne by the customer.
• Packages that have been sent without prior information / notification or for which the return form has not been completed
• Packages that mentioned the refund amount on the transport label
• Packages that did not include on the packaging the necessary elements to identify the return (beneficiary name, invoice number).
According to article 16 of the Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, are exempted from the right of withdrawal:
• Products made according to the specifications presented by the consumer or clearly personalized
• Products unsealed by the consumer whose new commercialization may present risks due to hygiene or health protection for other consumers. Therefore: For hygiene reasons, the products in the underwear category cannot be returned. *
* This category includes bathing suits and underwear (panties, briefs, bras, tights, socks, etc.). For safety reasons, products in the Cosmetics category cannot be returned if they are unsealed, used or tested.

The returned products, as well as their packaging (where appropriate, for example, the boxes / bags for shoes / jewelry) must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, without traces of use. The package in which you return the product must contain: the intact labels of the products, the complete accessories, the documents related to the purchase, fiscal documents; otherwise the return is NOT accepted.
